Frugal Orange Day Ideas: Volunteer in Vancouver

March 30, 2009

Orange Day is in FULL SWING. If you are out of the loop, get caught up here. While we celebrate Orange Day and gear up for Easter, we will be exploring free or super cheap ways to enjoy the city. Our first idea, volunteering.

Volunteering is a fun way to connect with other people and a great way to earn valuable experience. UGM would not be able to help as many people without the support of thousands of volunteers just like you.You don't have to do it on your own either. You can bring a group of friends or colleagues and make a difference in the lives of men, women, children and families all over Metro Vancouver.

Wonder where to get started? Check out our volunteers pageUrbantastic or Volunteer Vancouver and start making our world a better place.
