There are other organizations with the name "Union Gospel Mission" in cities like Seattle, Portland and Winnipeg, but we're not franchises. Rather, we're part of a broader family of missions called the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions. Union Gospel Mission Vancouver is local and loyal to the beautiful city of Vancouver and its surrounding communities, just as all members of the AGRM server their own locales.The AGRM, all said and done, makes sure over 30,000 have a place to sleep each day, 100,000 have a meal to eat and tens of thousands hear the good news of Jesus Christ, all across North America.
UGM Vancouver is a proud member of the Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC). This council provides yearly reviews of our financial statements, ensures that we comply with government regulations and accounting policies, and makes certain that the CCCC’s standards for integrity and accountability are being followed.
