Rounding out UGM’s continuum of care, affordable housing units at Maurice McElrea Place, in East Vancouver, and The Orchard, in Surrey, offer men, women and families a warm, supportive and affordable place to call home.
A total of 81 suites in Maurice McElrea Place offer abstinence-based, supportive housing for men and women committed to maintaining a sober lifestyle.
The Orchard Townhouse Complex offers 14 subsidized and 61 low-rent units for family-oriented living.
