Union Gospel Mission’s Alcohol & Drug Recovery Programs are effective, live-in recovery programs that offer men and women freedom from addictive lifestyles and the tools to live a clean life after graduation.

UGM counsellors have developed and fine-tuned a successful six-month program, built on the 12 -Steps that gives residents their best chance to succeed.

Over the past year, the minimum length of stay in the recovery program was extended to six months in response to research showing greater long-term sobriety rates with longer residential recovery programs.

UGM’s women’s recovery at Lydia Home is a 12-Step program, which also focuses on specific women’s issues such as relationships and parenting. A caring and safe place in which women can heal, Lydia Home gives broken women the chance to rebuild their lives.

When you team up with UGM, men and women once nearly lost to addiction are able to regain their lives, their dignity, and their future.
