Good Neighbour Agreement

WE'RE HERE FOR GOOD

We are relentlessly committed to being a strong anchor of the community. So you’ll see us cleaning the streets around our building six times a day, seven days a week, buying from neighbourhood shops and suppliers whenever we can, and providing 24-hour washroom access. It’s what good neighbours do.

UGM’s Good Neighbour Agreement was created in collaboration with the Strathcona Business Improvement Association, Strathcona Residents' Association, and several other community groups. The Agreement in its entirety is available here for you to view or download.
