Sanctuary Program Supervisor, (Auxiliary, Full-Time)
Are you a mature Christian leader who models Christ in word and deed? Are you passionate about further developing trauma-informed, non-judgmental, woman-centred programming to marginalized women in the Downtown Eastside? Do you have strong teamwork and leadership skills in order to lead a team of women providing direct resident care and support? Well that’s precisely what the Sancutary Program Supervisor does.
Counsellor, Men’s Recovery, Hastings, (Auxiliary, Full-Time)
Would you like to make a lasting impact to our clients in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside community by screening, assessing and counselling them? The Addictions Counsellor will also provide group and individual counselling as needed, and works collaboratively with other outside service providers as required. You will work in a mutually supportive, professional counselling team to ensure excellent client care. In addition, the Counsellor is actively involved in program evaluation and quality assurance approaches that are based on Best Practices in BC. If you have a Master’s Degree in Counselling or a Social Work degree, and have excellent knowledge of alcohol & drug and mental health disorders, and the ability to assess concurrent disorders, then this may be the position for you.
Early Child Care Program Supervisor, Princess Avenue, (Permanent, Full-Time)

Do you have strong teamwork and leadership skills to oversee program staff and advise on matters of children education, safety, family relations and relevant communication? Support Worker, Sanctuary, (Auxiliary, On-Call)
Are you adaptable, client-centered, collaborative, and service-oriented? Do you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building positive relationships with marginalized women in the Downtown Eastside? If you have related work or volunteer experience, can successfully set healthy boundaries with demanding individuals and those in crisis, and possess a class 5 driver’s license, this might be a great opportunity for you.
