Database Administration Assistant (Permanent, Full-Time)

The Opportunity

Do you appreciate the power of a well-organized and detailed database? Are you someone that sees the importance of ordering and maintaining data in a clean and systematic way?  The Database Administrator Assistant is part of a team that maintains and supports the Salesforce Database at Union Gospel Mission.  The database is the backbone of the Resource Development team, which is responsible for creating awareness and attracting donations for our continuum of social services. This position requires someone used to working with highly confidential data, is patient, thorough and accurate, well organized and able to note anomalies and recommend improvements in the data base. You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems.  There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
